Hi, I recently purchased a 2002 Vectra B 1.8 L.S. Rare one with only 41,000 genuine miles on the clock with full service history. Drives like a new one. It is my intention to drive it to Bulgaria in July and keep it there as I have a house there.
Problem 1: The tempertature gauge is sitting just above blue during normal driving and when sitting in traffic it rises to about just over half way, dosent get too hot and the electric fan i havent heard come from i bought it. I expect that the thermostate it on its way out but before i change it , is there anything else i should be considering?
Problem 2: Air Conis working but not cold. Should i just get it refilled with the gas? When I switch it on the revs dont drop at all! would this be normal if the gas was in need of refilling?
