Maree from NI-Asbah met myself and other members at Carrickfergus Castle to receive a cheque for £1550, the money raised at our Charity Car Show in September. Maree would like to thank everyone who donated and helped to raise the money for the charity and has told us that the money donated shall go towards helping people here in Northern Ireland deal with Spinabifida and make life that wee bit easier!
well done folks! bit weird that i was at the meet and around a week later my mates wee lad was diagnosed as having a tetherd spinal chord, apparently its a form of alculta spina-bifida. hope this helps a lot of people like him and his family, and again, well done!!
