Right helpers i need....

Well i want two people on the gate per hour so thats eight people i need.

Ill do from 12 - 1 because thats when site cars will be arriving and i organised them so ill need someone to help me?

1-2 - Glenn and Gazza

2-3 - Caroline and Chris

3-4 -

4-5 - Prob won't be ver many around this time and we will be doing prize givin around this time but we'll have someone there just incase


Its £3 in per car or more if they want to give it. Each car will be given a number on entrance and we have some wee leaflets for handing out too.

I will also need people to show cars were to park i have a wee map of the car park drawen up. Once the site stand cars are parked up the vauxhalls can park any were really so itll just be for the first hour or so..

Also needed is someone to possibly sell tickets i know we have one or two wee prizes donated so need to get some more, if you know anyone who would like to donate one then please let me know!

I plan to be down in the carpark right and early to ensure no stray cars park up for the day and we're left with a randomer lol so anyone wanting to arrive early with us feel free!! :D

Me and Chris will do the gate for an hour together.....put us in for the 2-3 slot. What happens if some random cars come up to the gate? do we just tell them to park in the middle aswell?

Well me glenn and hammy done a bit for advertising tonight at nutts corner

we put posters and leafles on the burger van and ice cream van

then got them to read it out over the speakers lol

and the side of my dads lorry,and got few people asking about it saying they will be bringing cars down

half 10 at logan then 11 at mcdonalds in ballymena and half 11 at the big round about before the m2 in antrim if any one want to convoy up with us !!! more the merryier !!!
